For the past few years, our clinic has had a great deal of difficulty responding to people that contact us with Gmail and Hotmail email addresses. Additionally, people that do not provide phone numbers with urgent requests for appointments and care are regularly leaving us no option to contact them.
These two email accounts Gmail and Hotmail regularly and automatically place legitimate emails in to spam and junk folders so the person we are responding to is often completely unaware that we have replied.
PLEASE: If you contact our clinic with a Gmail or Hotmail email, routinely check your junk and spam folders for our response and;
PLEASE: Provide us a contact phone number in your correspondence so that we can contact you via alternative means other than just email.
